John Theodorsen is the Director of Theodorsen Consulting.

Theodorsen Consulting provides support to RCSA members throughout Western Australia on a broad range of compliance issues including workplace relations, immigration and occupational health and safety.

John participates in RCSA’s Australia & New Zealand OHS and Workplace Relations committees, and works as part of the RCSA issues management team.

John has a detailed understanding of government policy and employment practice, having worked as a senior ministerial adviser and Chief of Staff within the Western Australian Government, as well as in senior industrial relations and management positions.
