You are about to register your organisation to use WorkPro
You are a Recruiter, HR Manager or Employer.

How Does It Work?
You register your Organisation right here on-line, providing some basic information as identifiers of your Organisation.

Following registration, you purchase a site licence and credits on-line. You need to purchase a site licence for every one of your offices/branches, and you purchase a package of credits, which are held in your account, and drawn on when you verify an induction and training certificate.

When a potential employee or contractor contacts your organisation to apply for a position, as part of the application process, ask them whether or not they have completed WorkPro as part of their induction with another organisation or recruitment firm.

If they haven’t, ask them to register and complete the induction modules necessary for the role they are suitable, prior to coming in for an interview.

They register on-line, and gain two secure numbers as part of that process. They complete their induction, and send you their two secure numbers. Once they have been engaged you log in to WorkPro, and verify their results – simple compliance!

The good news is that with the many ten’s of thousands of individual’s already inducted on WorkPro, and with hundreds of employees and contractors registering each week, you should regularly have individual’s applying for roles who are WorkPro inducted. In this case, you simply ask them for their CIN and PIN and verify their results.

Registration
You will need to nominate an Administrator to manage your account. This person is responsible for:

• Entering, updating and maintaining your Organisations business details, including the provision of Banking information. Please note that Mastercard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted within WorkPro.
• Registering Users within your Organisation
• Generating Usage Reports for your Organisation

Refund Policy
If your Organisation wishes to terminate their WorkPro licence at any time, we will refund any credit associated with verification fees, less an administration fee of $100(AUD +GST). The refund does not include a pro-rata proportion of the licence fee. Confirmation to terminate is required in writing using the Refund Policy Form. It can be faxed to (03) 9606 0807.
