You can use WorkPro's generic course library to guide individual's to complete mandatory OHS and EEO inductions and training, whether it's a new job, or a new position within your organisation.
WorkPro has also uploaded the Fair Work Statement as part of our suite of training modules to further centralise the screening and induction program; a specific report is available for this module to track and manage this process.
WorkPro modules use audio, words, and images to deliver an engaging experience, and each module is self-paced to appeal to individual learning styles.
Most modules are a maximum of 30 minutes long and to confirm content comprehension, each module includes a short competency-based assessment.
