Comcare has recently published a guide to safe work in call centres.  This particular guide has been developed under the Model law framework and provides guidance to PCBUs on how to fulfil their duties under the WHS Act & Regulations.

Following this, WorkPro has upgraded the Contact Centre Module including the following key areas:

  • updates in terminology
  • voice fatigue
  • inclusion of stress
  • emphasis on voice fatigue
  • acoustic shock
