Learning and Development report released

According to the Learning and Development AHRI Pulse Survey  just released, Inducting New Staff and Leadership Training were the two most effective learning and development activities with respect to return on investment, with both activities seen to assist in strengthening cultures. In contrast, Compliance training in response to new leglislation, did not have a strong correlation to building positive strategies, but was still seen as important to keep organisations out of trouble.
