Spotlight on Customisation – March 2013

Blog - 25/06/2013

Whilst WorkPro remains industry best-practice, when it comes to generic work health and safety training and screening, the opportunity to customise and tailor the solution provides you with even further scope to value add and promote meaningful client dialogue.

The Options:

  • WorkPro can work with you to design a ’white-label’  solution to complement your web design, and embeds a direct link from your website so that WorkPro appears proprietary-owned. It will not only draw candidates to your site, but importantly, promote a positive approach to screening to your clients and candidates.
  • Perhaps more interesting however, is the additional option to upload and deliver supplementary content using the WorkPro portal, centralising the entire screening program – from delivery to tracking and reporting.

You can offer your clients the opportunity to deliver not only generic work health & safety inductions to their on-hired candidates but also their site-specific inductions or their workplace policies as part of your managed service. Additionally, you will be able to prove the completion of training, through our reporting mechanism, and be able to track the need for refresher training, in a single, web-based system.

Food for thought? Plenty of organizations are already taking up the customisation option. If you are interested in further details, please call us on 1300 975 776.
