Three Key Takeaways from Bullhorn ENGAGE 2022

It was wonderful to once again be among hundreds of staffing and recruitment agencies at Bullhorn ENGAGE 2022 last week in Sydney. Unsurprisingly, we noticed three reoccurring themes of conversation during the conference that seemed to be on everyone’s mind, how to manage unwieldy compliance with ease, the importance of a great candidate experience, and how to address the candidate shortage.
