In July, we introduced AI Awareness and refreshed Privacy and Personal Information Protection. We also shared a preview of two additional learning modules planned for release.

My eQuals integration development
has commenced
At the time of this update, development had commenced on WorkPro’s My eQuals integration. The service was being designed to let candidates share verified academic credentials from participating providers and reduce manual qualification checks.

Background-check improvements
The July update highlighted improvements designed to help customers manage background checks more efficiently and improve candidate address data quality.
- Configurable Background Check Expiry Reminders — schedules to support timely follow-up
- Google Address API integration — intelligent address lookup and validation to reduce entry errors
Customer impact: Less manual follow-up and improved accuracy when collecting candidate details.
Security, audit and privacy updates
WorkPro continued investing in platform security, privacy and governance. The July communication provided the following status updates.
- ISO 27001:2022 re-certification was in progress
- ACIC and independent DVS audits had been completed
- A comprehensive privacy programme had commenced
