What is A New Foundation?
A New Foundation is WorkPro's next-generation platform evolution.
We are building a modern, secure and scalable foundation designed to make WorkPro easier to use, easier to integrate and faster to evolve. It will support greater flexibility, stronger access control, modern APIs, improved data visibility and a more connected WorkPro experience over time.

Why is WorkPro building A New Foundation?
To archive a candidate in WorkPro that you have completed a work rights check on previously, and you no longer wish to keep re-checking, follow the instructions below:
Search for the candidate using the filter function
Select ‘View’ and ‘Archive Candidate’
This candidate will no longer appear in the dashboard and will not be part of the polling function.

What does "Built for Scale, Speed & Security" mean?
You can re-activate a candidate to be included in the polling by following these instructions:
Select ‘Views’ from the Administrator dashboard and ‘Archived Candidates
Search for the candidate using the filter function
‘Restore’
The candidate will re-appear in the dashboard.

Is the current WorkPro platform still being supported?
Yes. The WorkPro platform customers use today remains supported, maintained and continually improved while we build A New Foundation.
Current platform improvements, maintenance updates and customer-visible enhancements will continue to be shared through WorkPro Platform Updates.

No customer action is required as part of this update.
We will continue to keep customers informed as A New Foundation progresses, and we will communicate clearly before any future change requires customer action.
